Game Cards / Coaches Passes / Rosters w/ CYSA #'s
*** ATTENTION COACHES ***
1.) Any parent interested in Coaching MUST have a valid Coaches license and be able to provide proof of that license.
Coaching course information is available on the CJSL.info web-site ( these courses fill up fast )
2.) Teams will not be formed without enough parent involvement to coach.
3.) Coaches need to be registered before the first week of school in order to receive Coaches updates and pertinent information.
4.) The Coaches
meeting has been set for August 17th immediately following
the “Sand
Lot” scrimmages at 8:00.

In order to make things a little easier when it comes to the GAME CARDS
CJSL has made a TEMPLATE of the GAME CARD for you to use.
Click on the LINK below and print it out on STICKER SHEETS
(which can be purchased at such stores as Office Max and Walgreen).
Then cut them out to be placed on the GAME CARD previous to each game.
